At the Foundation we now have the current Business Improvement for customers to practice each of the principles that will lead to more self-sufficient by increasing their income and savings.

Customers have reflected changes in each of their businesses by implementing what they learned in the course of Business Improvement (MEN) and are grateful for these materials that will give them greater self-sufficiency and happiness in their businesses to increase their income.

This is a workshop that provides the foundation for those who want to know what business to start and the basis on which to succeed must be based on their business purposes. Topics that have this workshop are: business idea, market research, Financial Business Plan and How to Manage the Business.

SELF EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP
(TAE)

The objective of the Workshop on Self-employment is to help people to formalize an idea and transform it into a successful business or improve an existing business through a Business Plan. should settle a business is comparable to the construction of a building or a house. Any building requires a solid foundation with well-placed four cornerstones. The Self-Employment Workshop helps you should observe your business and to develop a business plan. The plan, as this workshop will be divided into four sections or cornerstones: 
1) Business Idea 
2) Market Analysis 
3) Marketing Strategy 
4) Financial Analysis

EMPLOYMENT RESOURCE CENTER
(ERC)

We now have in our office with the Center for refusals LDS Employment (CRE) in which our mission is to empower people to develop skills that allow you to achieve your professional goals. Thus, many of Retalhuleu and the Southwest can get a job or prepare for a job. Volunteer of the CRE,  Brother, Hugo Rolando Lopez. He belongs to the District 2 Stake Reu Retalhuleu, Guatemala, Las Palmas.

Cause for Hope Foundation in Retalhuleu, has blessed many young people will be serving or are now serving in a full-time mission, and their lives change for the better, thanking them and their family to the foundation is great because it helps these brave young men.

Today, many LDS youths are preparing to serve a full-time mission is why we are supporting many of them for example: clothing, luggage, medical checkups, a total of 66 young people to receive aid. At the billboard shows some youth are serving in different countries:

Mission Preparation

In the last two months of August and September we had the opportunity to help many future missionaries who will have the blessing to go out later this year 2009 to various countries around the world to provide full-time missionary service by which they can observe as these young LDS dedicate their best to finish preparing their mission folders.

In September of this year 2009 carried out a great project for the progress of families helped by the Foundation. For the inauguration of this project we have the participation of Rani Villarreal (Auditor of the Foundation) who visited us in this part of the country of Guatemala. The project called "Wall of Savings" is aimed at all families assisted by the Foundation to begin the habit of saving. In this opening we have the participation of 20 families, which have begun with enthusiasm to spare. Pra we present photographs that illustrate the event.
